District Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Dhubri has invited application for the post of Lower Division Assistant in Grade III in the revised pay scale as per ROP 2010 and has published an advertisement with the relevant job details. Educational Qualification: Candidates must be passed in HSSLC examination and attested copies of certificates of educational qualification must be enclosed along with the application form. As part of other qualification, candidates must know English and Assamese typing with a speed of 40 and 30 words per minute respectively. Knowledge of computer application will be an added advantage. Attested copies of diploma/certificates from a registered typing institute must be enclosed along with the application form while applying to the above job.

How to apply?

Candidates may obtain the Standard form of application as published in Part IX, Assam Gazette and submit the filled up application with necessary documents as mentioned above. They must also enclose attested copies of caste & tribe certificate issued by a competent authority and 2 copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

A fee amounting to Rs.30/- only for General category and Rs.15/- for SC, ST(P), ST(H), PH category of candidates needs to be paid by means of treasury challan under the Head of Account "0425 Co-operation-800-other receipt deposited for examination fee". Candidates must submit their application along with all the enclosures to the following address by person or post on or before the last date of submission which is fixed as 17th October 2013 (i.e. Thursday).

Selection Procedure

A written examination of 100 marks and 3 hours duration will be conducted as part of selection procedure. It will consist of English (35 marks), Mathematics (35 marks) and General Knowledge (30 marks). Successful candidates in the written test will be called for Typing/Computer Typing test and viva voce as per decision of Selection Committee, the date of which will be intimated later.
