Applications in prescribed forms are hereby invited from intending candidates for admission into the 1st Semester of LL.B. 3 years course of B.R.M. Govt. Law College, Guwahati-37 for the session 2013-14. The prescribed forms for admission are available in the College office at Panjabari, near Shilpagram during 10:00AM to 03:00PM from 10th July 2013. This is announced vide an Admission Notice published by the said college.

The eligible graduate in any discipline of degree course from Gauhati University or any other recognized university with a minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% of total marks in case of SC, ST, OBC and MOBC applicants and who is not above 30 (thirty) years of age in case of general category and 35 (thirty five) years of age for the applicants belonging to SC, ST, OBC and MOBC community as on 1st June 2013 may apply for admission into the First semester of the above mentioned course for the academic session 2013-14.

The application forms will be received in the College Office upto 23rd July 2013 and list of eligible candidates for oral test/interview will be displayed on 25th July 2013. The interview and oral test of the candidates for admission will be held from 10:00AM on 26th July 2013 at Panjabari(new campus). The candidates are requested to bring the testimonials in original and also necessary fees for admission. The selected candidates will be admitted on the same day. If any candidate fails to appear in person for admission will forfeit the seat.

The seats are limited and admission will be strictly on the basis of merit. The Rules & Regulation framed by the Gauhati University, the Bar Council of India and the Government of Assam in the matter of admission will be applicable.
