The Gauhati High Court has invited online applications from the eligible candidates for a number of vacancies available for the post of Court Managers and has issued one detailed advertisement in this connection. The said recruitment is to be conducted in accordance with the stipulations contained in the recommendations of the 13th Finance Commission for Gauhati High Court Principal Seats and District Courts purely on Contractual basis. The job details are given below:-

The selected candidate will be appointed on contractual basis and will be able to draw consolidated pay as mentioned above. Being contractual in nature, the engagement of Court Managers may be terminated at any time and the maximum tenure of service will be upto 31-03-2015. The consolidated pay for the Court Managers will have an increase of 10% after 12months continuous service.

Educational Qualifications


The qualification that is prescribed for the above mentioned job post is to have a Bachelors degree along with MBA or Advanced Diploma in general management from a UGC recognized university. The candidate must have experience/training of 5 years systems & process management or 5 years experience/training in IT Systems Management/Human Resource Management or Financial Management from a Government or Established Organization. Besides, all candidates must have excellent communication skills in Assamese, English and Hindi along with Social and computer application skills in order to be eligible.

However, candidates having the qualification and experience in the field of Law and/or possessing a B.E./B.Tech degree will be given preference.
