The Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2013 for Court Managers is announced and the last/closing date for submission of online application form is fixed on the 5th August 2013 at 05:00PM. As part of the selection process, a written test will be conducted along with an Interview & Project Report. The written examination is scheduled to be held on 28-05-2013 and the admit cards for the provisionally allowed candidates will be available for download at the official website of the High Court on 17-08-2013 form 11AM onward.

The syllabus of the written examination consisting of multiple choice questions (objective type) can be seen listed in the table given below:-

The Paper III as mentioned above will be of qualifying nature and hence the marks scored in that paper will not be taken into account while arriving at the total aggregate of marks obtained. Each question will carry one mark and there will be no negative markings for wrong attempt/answers. In order to qualify in the Paper III, candidates must be able to score atleast 30 marks out of 50.

The qualifying marks for Paper I & II is minimum 50% in aggregate and there will be relaxation of 5% in these papers for SC, ST(P) and ST(H) candidates. The qualifying candidates in the written examination will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:3. The details in this regard can be seen below:-

Interview & Project Report


Before conducting the interview, each qualified candidate of the written test will be asked to prepare a short project report on a given topic which will be sent through SMS or Email. The candidates will get 7 days time to prepare the project report. They have to submit the report to the Registrar (Administration) so as to reach before 4 days of the date of Interview. The qualifying marks for Interview & Project report is 30 marks out of 50 and must be secured to be finally selected.
