The TET Assam online application form is simple to fillup and has the fields to select between LP/UP category, Subject (For UP), TET Roll No./Certificate Form No., Date of Birth, Name of the candidate, Address, Language-I, Gender, Caste, PH: (OH only %), Qualification (i.e. year of passing HSSLC, Graduate & TET) along with marks obtained and professional qualification. - Pass certificate of HSLC or HSLC Admit Card in support of age.
