Recruitment in the office of the Treasury Establishment of Dibrugarh District is announced on 3rd day of February 2012 for the post of Junior Assistants and has thereby issued a detailed advertisement in this regard. As shown above, you only need to be an HSSLC passed candidate with DCA certification from a registered institute in order to be eligible for applying to the above job vacancy. However, there are some other general requirements too for determining the eligibility of the applicants such as the age limit, citizenship etc. In terms of the age limit criteria, you need to belong to the age group of 18-38 years as on 1st January 2012. Applicants belonging to the category of ST(P), ST(H) and SC may however avail relaxation of age and the upper age limit in such a case is increased upto 43 years. The applicant must also be an Indian citizen as is defined in the Constitution of India under Article 5-8.

Applicants interested in this job at the Treasury Establishment of Dibrugarh District will need to apply by using the Standard Form of the Assam Gazette (Part IX) and should also furnish necessary documents to support their eligibility and qualification along with the application form. For instance, you will need to provide the caste or tribe certificate issued by the competent authority in order to avail the reservations of candidates allowed as per the Government guideline. As part of the selection procedure, a written examination will be conducted comprising of 3 papers which includes English, Mathematics and General Knowledge each carrying 100 marks. Candidates shortlisted from this written examination will then be called for oral interview as well as a computer test to check their proficiency in computer operation. Selected candidates will be asked to submit an undertaking that they will abide by the New Pension Scheme Rule of the Government that is issued by the Finance Department.

Important: It must be noted that only candidates having valid Registration Number of Dibrugarh Employment Exchange will be able to apply and a copy of registration certificate must be submitted along with the application.
