To apply for any of the above mentioned job positions, you can write an application by addressing to the Mission Director, SSA and include some basic details like your name, permanent and present address of communication, contact number, age, educational qualification and working experience (if any). You will also need to provide the attested copies of the certificates and testimonials of educational qualification as well as a recent passport size photo of your own while submitting the job application. All application with supporting documents must reach the office of the District Mission Coordinator in the respective districts before the last date which is on 22nd November 2011.
Further details and information like the list of eligible candidates, venue of the written test and interview session can be found in notice board of the office of District Mission Coordinator of SSA in the respective districts on 30th November, 2011 for Sl.No.1-8 above and the candidates have to report to the respective venues sharply by 09.30am on 16 December 2011. In case of job positions mentioned from Sl.No.9-12 above, the details can be obtained on 30th November 2011 while the interview will be held on 19.12.2011 from 10am onward. No separate call letters will be sent to the applicants and the same will be available on the notice boards of the District Misison Coordinator Office.
It should be noted here that an applicant can apply for only single post and has to indicate the name of the post intended to apply in their application. It is also mentioned in the official advertisement that the applications should not be sent to the State Mission Office (SSA) at Guwahati and should hence be noted.
