Assam CEE 2011 Admit Cards available online for Download - Procedures & Details

Few weeks ago, we have notified the schedule and availability of Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) forms and prospectus as well as the test itself which is to be held in Assam for providing admissions to many undergraduate and postgraduate technical degree courses such as those of B.Tech., B.E., M.B.B.S., BDS, B.A.M.S. and so on in the colleges located within the state. The latest announcement so far from the Cell For Combined Entrance Examinations for the CEE 2011 exam is that the admit cards are currently made available and the same can be downloaded online by all the applicants who have submitted forms to appear in the test. It is available through the medium of internet in two different web locations which can be easily and freely accessed to check the lists of candidates declared under the discrepancy chart as well as obtain the soft copy of the admit cards.

Where to download Assam CEE 2011 Exam Admit Cards?

For most students who are well versed with the working of the World Wide Web needs no specific instructions or tips as they can easily figure out the procedures to download admit cards of Combined Entrance Examinations 2011 to be conducted by Dibrugarh University. However, this small tutorial is meant for those folks out there who are not familiar with how and where to access the correct resources while surfing the internet. First of all, you will need to know the exact URL or in simple words the website address or link to the download page where the admit cards are currently being made available online. The officially available links are mentioned below which you can make use of.
You can follow any of the above mentioned website links to obtain the soft copy of your admit cards which can later be used by printing it on plain paper.

How to download Assam CEE 2011 Exam Admit Cards?

After obtaining the website address as mentioned above, you can proceed by pointing your browser to the main page where you can feed your Application Form Numbers. In case you are using the first link which is that of the official site of Dibrugarh University, you have to first check the scrolling notice board on the right hand side and then click on the entry which reads as 'Download Admit Card for Combined Entrance Examination(CEE) 2011' but the second link leads to the download splash page as shown in the screenshot below:-

Here there will be two options, one to go to the page where you can input the application form number and the other to check the discrepancy list. Just click the first link as marked in blue above which will redirect you to the page similar to the screenshot as given below. Enter your details as asked for to proceed.

If no records is found after entering the details in the above page, then there is a possibility that your name may be listed in the Discrepancy Chart which is actually a record of all those candidates who had not submitted their forms with complete details or particulars as was asked for in the instruction sheet. The common nature of such discrepancy are generally No Thumb Impression and No Draft. Such candidates can download the List from the DISCREPANCY LIST hyperlink in the official page as shown in the first screenshot above. It contains the list of 85 such candidates and various particulars such as Serial Number, Application Number, Roll No., Name, Reason and the venue details. Those candidates can obtains their admit cards offline by approaching the observer of the venue who has been deputed by the Cell, CEE - 2011, Dibrugarh University and accordingly collect their admit cards from them after fulfilling all the requirements on 20.05.2011 between 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM.
